Owner Laura Wardlaw reported that the farm features five different sunflower fields, planted two weeks apart to ensure a continuous bloom throughout the season. “The fields bloom for about 10 days, but with the heat, it’s going a little quicker this year,” Wardlaw explained. She urges visitors to make the trip soon, as the sunflower season is shorter than anticipated, ending weeks earlier than usual.

To accommodate the rush of visitors, Laura’s Farm Stand has extended its hours on Fridays and Saturdays. This allows more opportunities for people to capture the perfect photograph amid the dazzling yellow sea of sunflowers.
