Ottawa Police Search for Missing 67-Year-Old Eugene Ugwu
The Ottawa Police Service has launched a public appeal for assistance in locating Eugene Ugwu, a 67-year-old man who has been missing since the morning of September 24, 2023. Ugwu was last seen leaving his residence in the 200 block of Stone Quarry Private at approximately 7:30 a.m.. Authorities have expressed concern for his health and well-being.
Eugene Ugwu is described as a Black male, approximately six feet tall, bald, and with brown eyes. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing black shorts, a light green polo shirt, a grey sweater, and black opened-toed slippers.
