Trinket Studios has announced the upcoming release of Battle Suit Aces, set to launch on October 7, 2023, for Steam, Nintendo Switch, and PlayStation 5. This title, developed in collaboration with Outersloth, marks one of the first games funded through the company’s indie initiative, aiming to deliver a unique blend of storytelling and strategic gameplay.

Engaging Storyline and Dynamic Gameplay

In Battle Suit Aces, players will step into the role of a leader guiding a diverse crew against a formidable, star-consuming threat within a colorful, hand-drawn universe. The game features a cast of over 50 fully voiced characters, adding depth and personality to each encounter. Players will navigate a branching narrative that evolves based on the factions they choose to align with and the relationships they cultivate, ensuring that each playthrough is a distinct adventure.

Combat is characterized by a fast-paced 5 versus 5 card system. This design aims to keep battles engaging while rewarding strategic thinking. Players can recruit ace pilots and upgrade a diverse range of 30 unique mecha Battle Suits. Additionally, the Pilot Placement System allows for customized strategies by rearranging the ship’s layout, enhancing tactical options.
