Bitget Launches 2026 Graduate Program for Future Talent

Bitget, the leading cryptocurrency exchange and Web3 company, has announced the opening of applications for its 2026 Graduate Program. This initiative, part of Bitget’s broader Blockchain4Youth program, aims to recruit young talent from top universities and immerse them in real-world Web3 projects. The application process commenced on September 15, 2025, with interviews scheduled for October and offers set to be made in December.
The Graduate Program will provide participants with opportunities to rotate across high-impact teams, including roles in engineering, product management, business development, growth, branding, operations, data analytics, algorithms, and risk control. With over 50 roles available, Bitget is committed to making significant positions accessible to the next generation of innovators.
Vugar Usi Zade, Chief Operating Officer at Bitget, emphasized the program’s goal: “We believe in the future and that’s exactly why we are hiring for it. This program is not just about building blockchain; it is about building thinkers who can question, design, and deliver. Together, Bitget is looking to build the next billion minds.”
To kick off the recruitment season, Bitget will co-host a Web3 diversity career session on September 20, 2025, at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) in collaboration with the 0xU student community. This event will feature Bitget employees sharing their professional experiences, discussing case studies, and engaging directly with candidates interested in exploring careers at the intersection of finance, technology, and culture.
Bitget seeks proactive self-starters who possess a genuine curiosity and a willingness to work across diverse cultures. A strong interest in AI and Web3 technologies is essential for applicants. In return, successful candidates will join one of the fastest-growing exchanges globally, working alongside colleagues from more than 50 countries. The program promises a clear development pathway, combining rotations, mentorship, competitive compensation, and the chance to contribute to cutting-edge projects.
The Graduate Program is designed as an extensive learning experience, anchored in the Blockchain4Youth initiative. Participants will benefit from workshops, campus salons, and hands-on mentorship, which will enable them to develop real products while being part of a global community. This approach aligns with Bitget’s objective to turn early-career opportunities into practical learning experiences that foster innovation and independence.
Bitget, established in 2018, serves over 120 million users across more than 150 countries. The exchange is known for its pioneering copy trading feature and comprehensive trading solutions. Additionally, Bitget Wallet supports over 130 blockchains and millions of tokens, facilitating multi-chain trading, staking, and access to more than 20,000 DApps.
In its commitment to drive cryptocurrency adoption, Bitget has entered strategic partnerships, including its role as the Official Crypto Partner of LaLiga in Eastern, Southeast Asia, and Latin America. Furthermore, the company has collaborated with UNICEF to support blockchain education for 1.1 million people by 2027. In the realm of motorsports, Bitget is also the exclusive cryptocurrency exchange partner of MotoGPTM, enhancing its visibility in high-profile events.
As the application window for the Graduate Program is now open, interested candidates are encouraged to submit their resumes and portfolios to seize this opportunity for professional growth in the rapidly evolving Web3 landscape.
