Kingdom of Cards Launches Full Version on Steam with New Features

Rubber Duck Games and Gamirror Games have officially launched the full version of their strategy card game, Kingdom of Cards, on Steam. The release, titled Version 1.0, introduces several new features, including a climactic final boss and a Boss Rush mode, which allows players to face multiple enemies in succession. To celebrate this launch, the game is currently available at a promotional discount of 30%, a record low for the title.
In Kingdom of Cards, players engage in a roguelike adventure that emphasizes strategic card fusion and resource management. Starting with a limited selection of basic cards, players gradually build and expand their kingdoms while facing formidable adversaries, including the Evil Wizard and the Pirate Queen. The game requires players to make critical decisions that shape their progress and influence the outcome of their adventures.
The new version addresses numerous player requests by adding features that enhance gameplay. The final boss serves as a significant challenge, testing players’ skills and strategies. The introduction of the Boss Rush mode adds an exciting new layer, demanding quick thinking and adaptability as players tackle consecutive foes.
Another notable addition is the revamped save and resume system, which offers a more flexible gaming experience. Players can now equip up to three of ten newly introduced special perks and utilize a Recruitment Camp, which enriches their gameplay options. The update also includes Golden Card Packs, providing access to powerful new cards, along with additional cards, recipes, enemies, and achievements designed to further optimize the overall experience.
The anticipated crossover bundle with the popular tower defense game, Kingdom Rush V: Alliance, is set to launch on October 9, adding even more value to the Kingdom of Cards experience.
For both newcomers and returning players, Kingdom of Cards Version 1.0 promises a deeper and more engaging deck-building and kingdom management experience. With a wealth of new content and tactical challenges, now is an ideal time to immerse oneself in this captivating card-powered realm and build the ultimate kingdom.
