Adventure Awaits: Foolish Mortals Launches on PC November 5

Foolish Mortals, a hand-drawn point-and-click adventure game, is set to launch on November 5, 2025. Developed by the husband and wife team of David and Sophie Younger from Inklingwood Studios, this title draws inspiration from classic games such as Monkey Island and Broken Sword, transporting players to the enchanting world of 1930s Louisiana.

Players will step into the shoes of treasure hunter Murphy McCallan, whose character is voiced by AJ LoCascio, recognized for his roles in Back to the Future: The Game and LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga. The narrative revolves around a decades-old mystery from 1933, involving a wedding that vanished on Devil’s Rock, concealing the secret location of the lost Bellemore Manor treasure.

As players navigate this captivating storyline, they will explore meticulously crafted environments, solve intricate puzzles, and interact with a diverse cast of characters. The experience is designed to be cozy rather than frightening, ensuring no player encounters deaths or dead ends.

The game features over 100 items, a built-in hint system, and more than 75 hand-drawn HD locations. Additionally, players can enjoy over two hours of original music, including an interactive big band song. More than 35 characters are fully voiced, directed by Francisco González, enhancing the immersive experience.
