Dungeons & Kingdoms Set for Early Access Launch on November 17
Dungeons & Kingdoms, a new title developed by Camlann Games and solo developer Uncle Grouch Gaming, is scheduled to launch in Early Access on November 17, 2025. This game uniquely combines elements of a medieval kingdom builder, management simulation, and dungeon-crawling RPG, providing players with the opportunity to craft their own fantasy realm through strategy, creativity, and adventure.
Exploring a Medieval Fantasy Realm
Set in a richly detailed medieval world, Dungeons & Kingdoms enables players to construct their settlements meticulously. As players build their communities, they will also manage villagers who possess distinct skills and personalities. Players can engage in third-person combat expeditions to explore dungeons, where they will encounter both treasures and dangers.
The hybrid design of the game draws comparisons to popular titles such as Medieval Dynasty and Valheim. It merges hands-on building and survival aspects with a deeper focus on progression and community management. For those who missed the demo, the game promises a rewarding balance of resource gathering, architectural creativity, and combat exploration.
Each villager plays a critical role in the evolving settlement, contributing through crafting, farming, or defending against threats. Players can expand their influence by upgrading their kingdom’s technology and returning from dungeon expeditions with materials necessary to fortify their realm.
High Anticipation Ahead of Launch
With nearly 200,000 wishlists on Steam and significant attention garnered during October’s Steam Next Fest, Dungeons & Kingdoms is poised for a highly anticipated Early Access launch. This phase will allow players to engage with all three core components of the game: kingdom building, villager management, and dungeon delving, all seamlessly integrated into a cohesive experience that evolves as the kingdom expands.
The upcoming launch highlights the growing interest in immersive simulation games that blend creativity with strategic gameplay. As players prepare to enter this medieval world, the combination of community management and adventure promises an engaging experience for both new players and genre enthusiasts alike.
