New ‘Harry Potter’ Experience Launches in Vancouver—Tickets on Sale Now
UPDATE: The highly anticipated “Harry Potter: A Forbidden Forest Experience” officially opens today, November 7, in Vancouver, Canada. This immersive attraction has transformed Stanley Park into a magical journey that fans won’t want to miss.
The event, presented by Warner Bros. Discovery, Fever, and Rifflandia Entertainment Company, replaces the beloved Bright Nights light display and introduces a walking trail through the enchanting “Forbidden Forest.” Media were given a sneak peek last night, and the excitement is palpable as the experience promises spellbinding moments filled with magical creatures from the Harry Potter universe.
Visitors can expect to be whisked away on a 60 to 90-minute adventure, where motion-activated spellcasting and stunning audio effects create a truly magical atmosphere. The attraction is located at 690 Pipeline Road in Vancouver, where attendees will find numerous food, beverage, and merchandise huts—note that only card payments are accepted.
Tickets are now available for purchase at hpforbiddenforestexperience.com/vancouver, starting at $43 for less desirable time slots, while most tickets range from $70 to $85. Families will be pleased to know that children under three can enter for free. However, those planning to attend should act fast, as the last booking date currently is January 11, with time slots running from 4:45 p.m. to 10:15 p.m. each night.
WARNING: Some elements of the experience may be unsettling for younger visitors or those with specific fears. The website advises guests with arachnophobia to inform staff upon arrival to avoid spider-themed components of the attraction. Additionally, the trail’s natural landscape may present accessibility challenges for wheelchair users.
This new experience is generating buzz, and early reports indicate it could become a key attraction this fall and winter. As excitement builds, fans are encouraged to secure their tickets today and prepare for an unforgettable experience that brings the magic of Harry Potter to life in Vancouver.
