UPDATE: An inquest has been urgently announced into the 2021 death of Percy Adam Henry, a 27-year-old member of the Wabaseemoong Independent Nations, who died on February 8, 2021, in Kenora, Ontario. His passing occurred at the Lake of the Woods District Hospital after being transferred from the Kenora Jail, according to a statement from Ontario’s Coroner’s Office released today.
