URGENT UPDATE: The high school volleyball provincials concluded on Saturday, marking a thrilling end to the season with decisive victories across all divisions. The competition saw fierce matches, but only a few teams emerged as champions.

In the 4A finals held in North Battleford, Meadow Lake clinched the championship title by defeating Moose Jaw Central in a nail-biting showdown. Melfort secured the bronze medal, showcasing impressive skills throughout the tournament. In the 1A division, the championship was split between Avonlea and Rouleau, with Rouleau emerging victorious. Medstead took the silver medal, and Leroy rounded out the top three with a bronze finish.
