Canadian Kennel Club and Its Impact

According to the Canadian Kennel Club, over half a million Canadians attended one of the approximately 4,000 purebred dog events across the country last year. Established in 1888, the organization is the primary registry body for purebred dogs in Canada and currently recognizes 187 breeds. The club plays a vital role in promoting responsible dog ownership and the importance of purebred standards.

The recent success of Prince at the National Championship Dog Show reflects not only the skills of the handlers and owners but also the deep-rooted passion for dog breeding and showing that exists within the community.
