Vivo X300 Launching Soon with Game-Changing 200MP Camera

BREAKING NEWS: Exciting developments are underway for mobile photography fans as Vivo gears up to launch the new X300 smartphone, featuring a groundbreaking 200MP camera sensor. This major upgrade is set to enhance Vivo’s reputation for exceptional camera capabilities, following the introduction of the X200 series last October.
According to a reliable leak from tipster @nakajimegame on X/Twitter, the Vivo X300 will be equipped with a massive 200MP main camera sensor, marking a significant leap from the X200’s 50MP sensor. This new sensor will reportedly be a Samsung ISOCELL model with a size of 1/1.4 inches, promising improved light gathering and image quality, especially in low-light conditions.
In addition to the main sensor, the X300 is expected to include a 50MP periscope telephoto sensor with a size of 1/1.95 inches. Speculations suggest that this could be either a Sony IMX882 or a LYT600 sensor, further enhancing the photographic capabilities of the device.
The Vivo X300 is also set to be powered by the Dimensity 9500 chip, ensuring that it not only excels in photography but also delivers robust performance across all applications.
While official details regarding the launch date remain undisclosed, sources indicate that the X300 could debut in October 2023, potentially alongside the X300 Pro model. There are also whispers of a more powerful variant, the X300 Ultra, which might be released later in 2026.
If these leaks hold true, the Vivo X300 promises to be a game-changer in mobile photography, even in its base model. As anticipation builds, the potential camera enhancements for the Ultra variant add to the excitement surrounding Vivo’s upcoming lineup.
