EnviroGold Global has announced a pivotal advancement in mining technology, receiving independent validation from ANDRITZ, a prominent global engineering firm. The company’s innovative NVRO process is designed to extract valuable metals from mining waste, demonstrating notable improvements in both recovery rates and operational efficiency.

Significant Improvements in Metal Recovery Rates

According to ANDRITZ’s digital simulation, the NVRO process significantly enhances the grades of metal concentrates. Specifically, gold recovery increased by an impressive 286%, while silver saw a remarkable boost of 450%. Furthermore, the process achieved an 82% gold recovery rate during pre-concentration, which was verified by ALS Global.

In addition to recovery rates, the process achieved a 96.3% oxidation efficiency, which enhances downstream leaching performance. The study also pointed out operational advantages, including a 67% reduction in the volume of concentrate needed for logistics and refining. This translates to a 35% decrease in material sent for oxidative leaching, yielding lower operational costs and reduced energy consumption.

Commercial Strategy and Future Expansion

“The ANDRITZ case study is a major milestone for EnviroGold,” stated Grant Freeman, Co-CEO of EnviroGold. “It independently validates the NVRO Process, supports our commercial decision-making, and enables rapid replication across our global pipeline.” This validation is expected to be instrumental as the company advances its commercialization strategy.

EnviroGold plans to license the NVRO process to leading mining corporations and deploy modular plants in various regions. The company aims to align its efforts with circular economy initiatives and critical mineral recovery mandates across the U.S. and EU.

ANDRITZ’s endorsement lends considerable credibility to the NVRO process. As a leader in metallurgical processing and digital automation, ANDRITZ’s validation strengthens EnviroGold’s position within the mining sector. The company is actively positioning itself as a key player in sustainable mining practices, offering innovative solutions to address mine waste and tailings.

With this third-party validation, EnviroGold is well-positioned to expand its operations and contribute to more environmentally friendly mining practices around the globe. For more details on the company’s initiatives, visit www.EnviroGoldGlobal.com.
