Hugo Secures Overall Impact Champion and Silver at OIR 2025

Global outsourcing company Hugo Inc. has achieved significant recognition at the Outsourcing Impact Review (OIR) 2025 Awards, winning the Overall Impact Champion title and a Silver award for its innovative Health & Wellness Program. The awards ceremony was held in Chicago, Illinois on November 5, 2025, underscoring Hugo’s commitment to creating impactful educational and workforce development initiatives across Africa.

The initiative successfully created or matched 668 jobs, connecting graduates directly to remote roles with global clients, with two-thirds of these placements awarded to women.

The impact on graduates is profound; those employed now earn 170% more than the regional industry average. Participants have also shown significant improvements in digital literacy, confidence, and leadership skills.
