Neotech Metals Corp. has successfully finalized its resource definition and delineation drill campaign at the Hecla-Kilmer Rare Earth Project, located in Ontario, Canada. This achievement, announced on November 24, 2025, is part of the company’s ongoing commitment to enhancing its mineral exploration initiatives.

The drill campaign encompassed approximately 8,000 meters of new drilling, with core materials currently being logged, sampled, and processed on-site. The company is actively shipping samples to laboratories for analysis, with assay results anticipated in the coming weeks. Additionally, Neotech has submitted nearly 2,000 meters of historical drill core from previous campaigns for comprehensive rare earth element (REE) analysis. This data will contribute to the maiden Mineral Resource Estimate slated for 2026.

Drilling Campaign Objectives and Methodology

The primary goal of the 2025 drill campaign is to infill, expand, and refine the boundaries of REE mineralization at Hecla-Kilmer. This effort is guided by updated three-dimensional geological and geophysical models. The drilling aims to confirm the continuity of mineralization across key zones, moving the project closer to a defined resource.

Neotech has shared a detailed drilling plan, including approximate drill pad locations, as part of its commitment to transparency in operations. Historical results from previous drill holes, such as HK21-009 and HK22-020, have already been made public, providing context for the current campaign’s findings.

Community Engagement and Environmental Initiatives

In tandem with the drilling efforts, Neotech is advancing its commitment to environmental stewardship and community engagement. The company has initiated a baseline environmental water sampling program. This program is essential for establishing foundational data to support ongoing environmental assessments and future permitting activities.

Moreover, Neotech is engaged in regular dialogue with Indigenous Nations to ensure that their knowledge and perspectives are integrated into project planning. The company’s Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) approach emphasizes responsible project design and compliance with the Ontario Environmental Assessment process. Neotech aims to ensure that its exploration programs proceed in a coordinated and transparent manner, reflecting its dedication to sustainable practices.

Reagan Glazier, CEO of Neotech Metals, expressed confidence in the ongoing development of the Hecla-Kilmer project, stating, “The rapid advancement of Hecla-Kilmer continues to validate our confidence in the uniqueness and scalability of this geological system. The steady stream of assays and technical updates expected over the coming months will support a disciplined path toward our maiden resource estimate, while meaningfully reducing technical risk and enhancing the long-term strategic value of the project.”

Neotech Metals Corp. is focused on discovering and developing valuable mineral resources globally, maintaining a strong commitment to environmental sustainability. The company holds a diversified portfolio of Rare Earth Element and Rare Metals projects, including the Hecla-Kilmer site, strategically located near the Otter Rapids hydroelectric power generation station and Ontario Northway railway. Both the TREO and Foothills projects are also wholly owned by Neotech.

The technical information shared in this announcement complies with Canadian regulatory requirements as outlined in National Instrument 43-101. Jared Galenzoski, Vice President of Exploration and Qualified Person, has reviewed and approved the data and statements included in this release.
