Known for its meticulous presentation and bold flavors, Niche has become a recognized name in both regional and national culinary circles.
“To reach 20 years is a meaningful milestone for us,” Balistreri stated in a recent news release. “We’re grateful to our guests and the Geneva community for their continued support, and we’re excited to celebrate this year while looking ahead to what’s next.”
Recognized Dining Destination
Niche, located at 14 S. Third St., is celebrated not only for its food but also for its extensive beverage offerings, including fine wines, craft beers, and small-batch bourbon and whiskey. Over the years, the restaurant has received numerous accolades for its food, drink program, and hospitality, reinforcing its reputation as a premier dining destination.
To mark its anniversary, Niche has planned a series of curated monthly dinners, details of which can be found on its website, nichegeneva.com. This initiative aims to showcase the restaurant’s culinary creativity and engage its loyal patrons.
Special Celebrations Planned
Additionally, Niche will host two special celebratory dinners featuring a commemorative multi-course menu on August 26 and 27, 2023. These events promise to highlight the restaurant’s journey and its commitment to culinary excellence.
As part of its anniversary festivities, Niche is also expanding its physical space with a new back patio, expected to open this summer. This development signifies not only growth for the restaurant but also a desire to enhance the dining experience for its guests.
