Pentair Unveils Leadership Transition at Citi’s Conference
During the Citi Global Industrial Tech & Mobility Conference held on February 18, 2026, in Florida, Pentair plc announced significant leadership changes, including the retirement of its Chief Financial Officer, Robert Fishman. The company, a leader in water solutions with an annual revenue of approximately $4 billion, shared insights into its strategic direction and the transition in its executive team.
Leadership Changes and Strategic Direction
In his opening remarks, Fishman confirmed his retirement will take effect on March 1, 2026, making way for Nicholas Brazis to assume the role of CFO. Fishman has been instrumental in guiding Pentair through a transformative period, emphasizing the company’s commitment to helping customers “move, improve and enjoy water.”
Fishman expressed gratitude for the opportunity to present at the conference, highlighting the company’s recent successes and ongoing initiatives. He noted that De’Mon Wiggins, who has effectively led the Flow segment, will expand his responsibilities to include the Water Solutions division. This strategic move aims to streamline operations and enhance customer offerings.
In response to Fishman’s transition, Brazis reflected on the valuable lessons learned from his predecessor. He acknowledged Fishman’s pivotal role in shaping Pentair’s financial strategies and expressed enthusiasm for his new position. “Bob has set a solid foundation for us to build upon,” Brazis stated. “My focus will be on continuing to drive efficiency and growth in our financial operations.”
Looking Ahead
The leadership changes come at a crucial time for Pentair as it seeks to capitalize on emerging opportunities in the water solutions sector. Wiggins, who has been with the company for several years, emphasized the importance of innovation and customer satisfaction in driving future growth. “Our goal is to enhance our market position by delivering cutting-edge solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients,” he explained.
The conference provided a platform for Pentair to outline its vision and engage with stakeholders, including investors and industry analysts. As the company prepares for the upcoming leadership transition, all eyes will be on its ability to maintain momentum and adapt to the changing landscape in the water industry.
With Brazis stepping into the CFO role and Wiggins expanding his leadership responsibilities, Pentair is poised for continued success in the competitive market it serves. The leadership team’s commitment to improving water solutions positions the company well for future growth and innovation.
