University of Guelph Community Remembers Student Christopher Friedrich
The University of Guelph is mourning the loss of Christopher Friedrich, a dedicated Bachelor of Science student in the Ontario Agricultural College, who passed away on October 12. The university community is coming together to honor his memory during a service scheduled for October 17.
As a mark of respect, campus flags will be lowered to half-mast on the day of the service. The university encourages those wishing to express condolences to Christopher’s family to do so through the funeral home’s website.
In light of this tragic event, the University of Guelph is reinforcing its commitment to the well-being of its students, faculty, and staff. Support services are readily available, including the Multi-Faith Resource Team and Student Counselling Services.
