Vancouver Welcomes World’s Largest Bounce House for 9 Days of Fun

A temporary entertainment venue known as the “World’s Largest Bounce House” has arrived in Vancouver, operating from August 22 to August 31, 2023. Organized by Big Bounce Canada and presented by XL Event Lab, this unique attraction is located at Concord Pacific Place, offering a vibrant array of inflatable fun for visitors of all ages.
Featuring eight massive inflatable attractions that reach heights of up to 32 feet, the bounce house provides a variety of activities, including photo-op slides, ball pits, climbing towers, and basketball hoops. To ensure a smooth experience, the event implements timed entry and age-specific sessions, allowing families to enjoy the inflatable structures in a safe environment.
The venue is adorned with lush green turf, creating a welcoming atmosphere across from BC Place Stadium. The Big Bounce experience is enhanced by DJ music, live announcers for races, and amenities such as lockers, food trucks, and water-fill stations. Attendees are advised to bring their own drinks to avoid long lines at the refill stations.
During a recent session on Saturday at 18:00, the excitement was palpable, but not without its challenges. An on-site medic was actively assisting visitors with minor injuries like sore ankles and bruises, as participants often collide within the inflatables. Additionally, a crew member noted that the last session of the night was unexpectedly shortened by 40 minutes due to “technical difficulties,” resulting in some inflatables being unplugged early.
For those seeking late-summer entertainment, the World’s Largest Bounce House represents a delightful option to engage children before the school year begins. Parents and non-bouncers can enjoy the vibrant atmosphere while taking in picturesque views of False Creek.
Tickets for the event are priced starting at $39, offering access to three-hour sessions tailored for toddlers, juniors, bigger kids, and adults. With its array of attractions and engaging environment, the bounce house is poised to deliver memorable experiences for families in Vancouver.
