Thieding, who recently transitioned from another Lifespace Community in Florida, prioritizes personal connections with both residents and staff, believing that such interactions enhance the overall experience of living at GreenFields.

Thieding’s passion for healthcare stems from her upbringing; her mother was a nurse who worked in a skilled nursing facility. This background inspired her to support residents and staff alike. “It’s very rewarding to see the impact I can have with residents,” she remarked, underscoring her commitment to the community.
