Ugwu is described as a Black male, about six feet tall, with a bald head and brown eyes. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing black shorts, a light green polo shirt, a grey sweater, and black open-toed slippers. The Ottawa Police are urging anyone who may have seen Ugwu or has information regarding his whereabouts to come forward.
