Yop Drinkable Yogurts Recalled in Canada Over Plastic Contamination
Yoplait has issued a recall for its Yop drinkable yogurts across Canada due to concerns about potential plastic contamination in the product. The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) confirmed the recall, which affects a variety of flavours and packaging sizes.
The affected products include all Yop single 200 mL bottles and six-packs with a best before date up to and including January 12, 2026, as well as Yop 200 mL variety 15-packs and 12-packs with a best before date up to January 3, 2026. Consumers are advised to check their purchases and refrain from consuming, using, or selling the recalled items.

– Yop Drinkable Yogurt Raspberry Flavour
– Yop Drinkable Yogurt Peach Flavour
– Yop Drinkable Yogurt Yuzu Mandarin Flavour
– Yop Drinkable Yogurt Tropical Flavour
– Yop Drinkable Yogurt Mermaid Blackberry Starfruit Flavour
– Yop Drinkable Yogurt Lactose Free Strawberry Raspberry Flavour
– Yop Drinkable Yogurt Lactose Free Mango Flavour
– Yop Drinkable Yogurt Strawberry Flavour, Vanilla Flavour, and Strawberry-Banana Flavour (15 x 200 mL)

The CFIA stated that there have been no reported injuries linked to the consumption of the affected products. Customers who have purchased these yogurts should either dispose of them or return them to the retailer for a refund.
