Uniqlo, the popular Japanese clothing retailer, is set to enhance its presence in Canada by opening a new store at CrossIron Mills, located just north of Calgary. This marks the third Uniqlo location in Alberta, following the first store launched at West Edmonton Mall in 2019.

The new Calgary-area store is part of a broader expansion plan, with Uniqlo also announcing additional locations across Canada, including a new store at South Edmonton Common in Edmonton. The opening at CrossIron Mills is scheduled for Fall 2025, promising to bring Uniqlo’s well-known offerings to local shoppers.

Founded in 1984 in Japan, Uniqlo has grown rapidly and now operates over 2,500 locations globally, including 33 stores across Canada. The retailer is celebrated for its quality basics and affordable prices, appealing to a wide range of customers.

At the new CrossIron Mills store, shoppers can expect to find the current lineup of LifeWear apparel for men, women, children, and infants. The store will also feature seasonal collaborations and the UT (Uniqlo T-shirt) range, which includes a variety of graphic T-shirts.

This expansion not only underscores Uniqlo’s commitment to providing high-quality clothing in Canada but also reflects the growing demand for its products in the region. As the retailer continues to open new locations, local residents can look forward to exploring Uniqlo’s unique offerings and enhancing their wardrobes with stylish, functional attire.
