They can be identified by their Universal Product Code 774223568363 and SKU 1545426, both printed on the packaging. Health Canada’s investigation has revealed that while only three reports of overheating incidents have been filed, there have been no reported injuries or fatalities.

Consumers are advised to stop using the recalled earbuds immediately. Health Canada recommends returning the products to any Giant Tiger location for a full refund.
