Samsung has begun the rollout of the November 2025 Android security update for its flagship tablet series, the Galaxy Tab S11. This update is now available for both the Galaxy Tab S11 and the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra, each receiving significant enhancements aimed at improving device security.

The Galaxy Tab S11 update includes firmware version X730XXS3AYJ3, while the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra is being updated to version X930XXS3AYJ3. The update is approximately 300MB in size, with the initial rollout taking place in South Korea. Users in other regions can expect to receive the update shortly, although it will be distributed in stages, meaning some may have to wait longer than others.

Enhancements and Security Fixes

This update addresses a total of 34 security vulnerabilities, including 25 identified by Google and 9 reported by Samsung. Among the issues flagged by Google, two are classified as critical, while the remaining ones are considered high-risk. Additionally, the update resolves 11 security loopholes linked to Samsung’s Exynos chips, impacting models produced between 2019 and 2024.

In conjunction with the Galaxy Tab S11 series, the Galaxy A54 is also receiving the November 2025 update, albeit starting in the United States. This update mirrors the security enhancements provided to the Galaxy Tab S11, ensuring that users across different devices benefit from the latest protections.

Samsung’s proactive approach in rolling out these security updates reflects its commitment to maintaining device safety and user trust. As the updates become available in various markets, users are encouraged to check their devices for the latest software to ensure optimal performance and security.
