Samsung is set to introduce its new wireless earbuds, the Galaxy Buds 4 and Galaxy Buds 4 Pro, likely alongside the Galaxy S26 series in early 2024. Recent leaks have shed light on the battery capacities of these anticipated devices, offering insights into their expected performance.

Battery Specifications Unveiled

According to a report by Android Authority, a recent examination of the One UI 8.5 code has revealed that the Galaxy Buds 4 will feature a 42mAh battery. In contrast, the Galaxy Buds 4 Pro is expected to come equipped with a larger 57mAh battery. This marks a decrease in battery capacity for the standard model compared to its predecessor, the Galaxy Buds 3, which included a 48mAh battery.

Meanwhile, the Pro variant shows an increase from the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro, which had a 53mAh battery. Despite this improvement, it is worth noting that the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro still lead in this aspect with a 61mAh battery. As advancements in technology continue, it remains to be seen how these changes will influence the overall battery life, as efficiency also heavily depends on internal components.

Design and Features of the Pro Model

In addition to battery specifications, prior leaks have provided glimpses of the design of the Galaxy Buds 4 Pro. These leaks indicate a refined appearance, including a new metal grille that enhances both aesthetics and durability. Reports also suggest that the charging case may include a feature allowing users to locate their phone with a simple button press.

While the precise pricing for both the Galaxy Buds 4 and Galaxy Buds 4 Pro has yet to be disclosed, more details are expected as the launch date approaches. With ongoing advancements in wireless technology, consumers are eager to see how Samsung’s latest offerings will compare to existing models in terms of both functionality and value.
