Autumn on Parade Returns to Oregon with Family Fun, Oct. 4-5!
UPDATE: The highly anticipated Autumn on Parade festival is set to transform downtown Oregon into a vibrant hub of arts, food, and family entertainment on October 4-5, 2025. This year’s exciting theme, “Carving Creativity,” encourages participants to showcase their imaginative designs, making this event a must-see for locals and visitors alike!
Get ready for an unforgettable experience as the festival brings together artisans, delicious food vendors, classic cars, and thrilling activities. This annual celebration is the largest parade and festival in northern Illinois, and it promises to be bigger and better than ever!
Festival highlights include:
– A unique artisan market featuring local crafts
– A Fun Zone complete with a live petting zoo
– A diverse food court offering a myriad of delicious tastes
– Stronghold’s Olde English Faire

This year also honors the Rock River Center as the Unit of Honor, celebrating its incredible 50 years of service to the community. Since its inception in 1975, the Center has provided essential outreach and support services to older adults, including government program assistance, Medicare support, tax preparation, and Meals on Wheels.
