Byron Dominates Oregon 56-15 in Class 3A Playoff Opener
BREAKING: Byron High School delivered a stunning performance in the Class 3A first-round playoff game, crushing Oregon with a final score of 56-15 on Friday. The Tigers scored an impressive 36 consecutive points in the second quarter alone, showcasing their offensive dominance.
Caden Considine led the charge for Byron, rushing for 182 yards and scoring three touchdowns on just 14 carries. This victory extends Byron’s unbeaten streak to 10-0, solidifying their status as a formidable contender in the playoffs.
Oregon attempted to stay competitive, narrowing the gap to 14-7 early in the second quarter with a 55-yard touchdown pass from Benny Olade to Keaton Salisbury. However, Byron quickly regained control, racing to a staggering 50-7 lead by halftime.
