This annual gathering, organized by local non-profits and community associations, showcased a lively atmosphere filled with activities, food, and cultural displays.
The picnic kicked off at 10 AM and continued throughout the day, drawing families, friends, and community members eager to participate in the festivities. Visitors enjoyed various activities, including live music performances, games for children, and guided tours of the historic farm, which provided a unique backdrop for the celebration.
“It’s wonderful to see so many people come together to celebrate our province’s heritage,” said a spokesperson from the Richmond Community Association. The event not only honored the history of British Columbia but also fostered community spirit, emphasizing the importance of unity and collaboration among local organizations.
