Lace Up: Lake Ellyn One-Mile Classic Kicks Off Sept. 14!

UPDATE: The Glen Ellyn Park District is gearing up for the highly anticipated Lake Ellyn One-Mile Classic and Kids Dash, set to commence at 8 a.m. on September 14, 2023, at Lake Ellyn Park. This community-focused event invites runners aged 6 and older to tackle a scenic one-mile loop around the picturesque lake, while the Kids Dash offers a fun quarter-mile race for children aged 1 to 5.

Participants can register online for just $20, which includes a commemorative t-shirt. Online registration closes on September 8, so time is running out! For those who miss the deadline, race-day registration will open at 7:30 a.m. on the event day, allowing last-minute entries to join the excitement.
