											UPDATE: A tragic rollover crash in Langley has left one person dead and another hospitalized. The accident occurred just after 1:20 a.m. today on Glover Road, north of Highway 10, prompting immediate response from local authorities.
Emergency services were dispatched to the scene following reports of a single-vehicle crash. Upon arrival, officers discovered a black SUV overturned against the concrete barrier on the east side of Glover Road. The scene was described as devastating, with images capturing the wreckage of the vehicle.
According to Langley RCMP, one individual tragically lost their life at the scene, while another was transported to the hospital for treatment. “At this time, impairment and speed have not been ruled out as contributing factors in this collision,” stated Sgt. Zynal Sharoom in an official statement.
The Integrated Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Service is currently on-site, conducting a thorough investigation into the circumstances surrounding the crash. As a result, the 7600 block of Glover Road is closed to all traffic, and police are urging motorists to avoid the area and seek alternative routes.
Authorities are actively seeking witnesses. Anyone who may have seen the incident or possesses dash camera footage from the time of the crash is encouraged to contact Langley RCMP at 604-532-3200 and reference file number 2025-35749.
