Urgent: $100K Lotto Ticket in Innisfil Set to Expire Soon!
URGENT UPDATE: A winning lottery ticket worth $100,000 sold in Innisfil is about to expire, and the holder has only two weeks left to claim their prize. The Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG) reports that the ticket was purchased for the November 2, 2024 Lotto 6/49 draw, and the winning numbers are 5, 5, 2, 5, 0, 5, 7.
Time is running out for the lucky winner to come forward. OLG emphasizes that players have a maximum of one year from the draw date to claim lottery prizes. With only 14 days left, now is the time to check your pockets, wallets, and cars.
“We always want to remind lottery players to sign their tickets and keep them in a safe and memorable place,” said OLG spokesperson Tony Bitonti in a statement to CTV News. He urged players to check their tickets immediately after the draw.
While OLG has not disclosed the exact location of the ticket sale, they stress that the holder must provide essential details to claim the $100,000 prize. “We need the person or persons holding the ticket to tell us those details if they claim it on time. Fingers crossed!” Bitonti added. He noted that it is unusual for such large prizes to remain unclaimed.
According to Bitonti, OLG successfully pays out 99 percent of all available prizes, making this a rare instance. The urgency surrounding this ticket serves as a reminder for all lottery players to stay vigilant with their tickets.
This is a developing story, and OLG is encouraging anyone who may have purchased a ticket for the November draw to check their belongings thoroughly. The clock is ticking on this life-changing prize!
Stay tuned for updates as we monitor the situation closely. If you or someone you know might be holding this winning ticket, act now to ensure you don’t miss out!
