Urgent: Eight-Year-Old Fatality in ATV Collision in Plummer Township
UPDATE: An eight-year-old tragically died last night in a devastating ATV crash in Plummer Township. The collision occurred around 7 p.m. on Cloudslee Road, involving two all-terrain vehicles, according to the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP).
The child was ejected during the crash and was immediately transported to Thessalon Hospital, where they were later pronounced dead. The OPP confirmed that their Traffic Incident Management Enforcement team is currently assisting with the ongoing investigation, emphasizing the seriousness of this incident.
A postmortem examination has been scheduled to take place in Sudbury at a later date, providing further details about the circumstances surrounding this tragic event.
