URGENT UPDATE: The YWCA of the Sauk Valley staff and board of directors have been named the grand marshals of the highly anticipated 72nd annual Fiesta Day Parade, set to kick off at 1 p.m. on Saturday, September 20, 2023, in Rock Falls. This vibrant event will culminate at the Sterling Marketplace where festivities will continue until 6 p.m.

This year’s parade promises to be a spectacular celebration of Hispanic culture, inviting the entire community to come together and honor the contributions of the YWCA, a cornerstone of the Sauk Valley for decades. The Sauk Valley Area Chamber of Commerce (SVACC) announced the grand marshals today, emphasizing the YWCA’s critical role in empowering individuals and promoting equity within the community.
